This month we’d like to introduce Executive Chef Kelli Daniels of Woodie Fisher and Hilton Union Station. The new concept development opening soon in a beautifully restored firehouse at 20th & Chestnut.  Chef Kelli has been developing recipes for the Woodie Fisher concept here in the Enterprise kitchen as well as conducting tasting interviews and even cooking up a few things for the Enterprise Community.

 

 

 

As a third generation chef with a rich ethnic lineage that is the keystone of her culinary brand, Chef Kelli is designing the Woodie Fisher concept around two ageless entities; fire and soul.  Offering eclectic, fire-inspired small plates and proteins, whole grains and greens as well as comfort classics everyone can enjoy.  Her seasonally focused creations are unique yet approachable and affordable and reflect the ever-evolving food scene in the Union Station neighborhood. 

 

 

 

Chef Kelli is pleased to be a contributing part of our Enterprise Community, and we are so lucky to be able to preview her awesome creations.  She looks forward to getting to know fellow Community members as she prepares for her restaurant’s exciting opening next month!
